First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for a successful tenure to Sushila Karki Ji on becoming the first female Prime Minister of Nepal.
Her top priority should be to coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a successful conclusion of the Gen Z–led movement, conduct timely elections, and peacefully transfer power to a new government. Another major priority is to free the country from corruption and lead it toward stability, good governance, and development.
In the current situation, the key priorities that the Prime Minister should take to guide the nation toward stability, good governance, and progress are as follows:

Form a small, non-political cabinet:
Appoint only clean, capable, and energetic young professionals.
Maintain peace and security & conduct elections:
Ensure the House of Representatives election is held on the scheduled date.
Control corruption:
Establish a special task force with a zero-tolerance policy and an effective action plan.
Currency reform:
Discontinue NPR 500 and 1000 notes to control black money.
Economic recovery:
Revive affected industries such as tourism, restore investor confidence, and work closely with the private sector.
Strengthen diplomatic relations:
Deepen ties with neighboring and friendly nations through strong diplomacy.
Establish a think tank:
Form a policy advisory group of experienced and dynamic experts from various sectors.
Asset investigation:
Investigate the assets of top leaders and officials to ensure transparency.
Rebuild damaged infrastructure:
Quickly restore infrastructure damaged during the Gen Z movement.
Fair justice:
Declare fallen youths as national martyrs and bring perpetrators of violence to justice.
Control vandalism and terrorism:
Take strict action against those who destroy public or private property and spread fear.
Crack down on criminal activities:
Take severe action against criminals, document forgers, arsonists, and violent offenders.
Directly elected Prime Minister system:
Introduce a system where the Prime Minister is elected directly by the people, not by parliament or party leadership.
Regulate NGOs and INGOs:
Shut down unnecessary or controversial NGOs/INGOs after proper evaluation.
Education and youth empowerment:
Focus on knowledge, skills, and employment programs instead of emotional mobilization.
Judicial reform:
Establish fast-track courts to deliver quick justice.
